These Terms cover your use of poetechllc.com and the services Poe Tech Web Design & Digital Marketing LLC (“Poe Tech,” “we,” “us”) provides. By using the site or our services, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Services

Poe Tech provides services to businesses, including:

  • Custom software that runs your business, like booking, follow up and payments
  • Local SEO
  • Website hosting, care and maintenance

The scope, price and timeline of your work are set out in your plan and in the services agreement you accept before we start.

Membership and Billing

Our services are sold as a monthly membership. Your services agreement sets your term, cancellation and refund terms. If these Terms and your signed agreement ever disagree, the agreement wins.

Payments

All payments are handled by Stripe. Poe Tech does not store or process card details directly. By giving us payment information, you authorize us to charge the fees in your plan.

Client Accounts

Client accounts are set up by Poe Tech when you become a client. Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Intellectual Property

Everything on this site, including text, graphics, code, designs and media, belongs to Poe Tech unless we say otherwise. Please do not copy, reuse or redistribute it without our written permission. Who owns the work we make for you is covered in your services agreement.

Testimonials

With your permission, we may show quotes, reviews or media you share with us. Visitors cannot post content to the site directly.

Disclaimers

Our site and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Poe Tech is not responsible for business outcomes, the behavior of third party tools, or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Poe Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of our site or services.

Third Party Services

We use trusted providers such as Stripe, Google and Vercel to deliver our services. Your use of those tools is also governed by their own terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Carroll County, Maryland.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we post the new version here with a new date.
